# Wan 2.6 Flash

> Animate one image into a silent 2-15 second Wan 2.6 Flash video at 720p or 1080p

## Wan 2.6 Flash

Wan 2.6 Flash is part of Alibaba's Wan 2.6 video family. `wan-2.6-flash` is **image-to-video only**: provide exactly one first-frame image and get a **silent** video at 720p or 1080p, from 2 to 15 seconds. The output aspect ratio follows the image.

`prompt` is optional. Use `shot_type: "multi"` for a multi-shot narrative, or leave it at single-shot.

### Request parameters

Output is always silent: `audio: true` or any `audio_url` returns HTTP 422. Text-to-video is not offered. Each request produces one video.

Submit to `POST /api/v1/task/submit/wan-2.6-flash`. Save the returned `data.task_id` and poll `/api/v1/task/status`.
