GPT Image 2.5

GPT Image 2.5 uses the same model key for generation and editing. Omit image_urls for text-to-image, or provide up to 16 reference images for image-to-image editing. Choose a version for the job. Both versions cost the same:

flare (default): faster output for everyday generation.
sunburst: finer edits, suited to product shots, ad creatives, and multi-turn editing.

Request parameters

GPT Image 2.5 does not accept quality, output_format, n, or background.

Submit to POST /api/v1/task/submit/gpt-image-2.5. Save the returned data.task_id and poll /api/v1/task/status.

Each request produces one image. version, aspect_ratio, and reference images do not change the price. /pricing remains the current source of truth.
